Job Description

As a Customer Relationship Manager at TopMentor, you will be the first point of contact for potential learners. Your role will involve engaging with leads via phone calls, understanding their learning goals, clearly explaining course details, and guiding them toward enrolling in the right program. Key Responsibilities: 1. Call and connect with incoming leads generated through various marketing channels. 2. Understand the needs, goals, and backgrounds of potential learners. 3. Clearly explain TopMentor's course offerings, especially in Generative AI, Data Science, and Data Analysis. 4. Build rapport and trust to drive course enrollments and achieve sales targets. 5. Maintain accurate records of conversations, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM system. 6. Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to ensure smooth onboarding and learner satisfaction.
