Job Description

Sunlight Sports Studio LLP is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our team. The role involves managing customer interactions across live chat, WhatsApp, and phone calls, ensuring excellent customer service, and fostering long-term customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat, WhatsApp, and phone calls. - Addressing customer concerns and providing solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. - Managing and maintaining accurate customer records and feedback. - Assisting customers with order-related queries, product information, and returns. - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues. - Proactively engaging with customers to promote loyalty and repeat business. Job Timing: - any 6 days a week, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Requirements: - Proficiency in English (spoken and written). - Knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Prior experience in customer service or CRM is preferred but not mandatory.
