Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service history, and follow-up schedules in CRM software. Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure timely service delivery. Conduct post-service follow-up calls to gather feedback and ensure customer satisfaction. Send reminders for periodic maintenance, insurance renewals, and other services. Prepare and share daily/weekly reports on customer satisfaction and service quality. Implement and monitor loyalty programs to retain regular customers. Resolve escalated issues with empathy and efficiency. Conduct customer retention activities (calls, SMS, email campaigns). Ensure Net Promoter Score (NPS) targets are met or exceeded.
