Job Description

As a Customer Relationship Manager at SkyJumper Sports and Amusements Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guests have a positive and memorable experience at our center. Your role will involve handling customer inquiries, coordinating special events, managing party bookings, and ensuring that every event runs smoothly. We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities: Customer Experience Management: Be the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries, feedback, and issues to ensure a prompt and positive response that fosters customer loyalty. Event & Party Coordination: Manage all aspects of party and event bookings, from planning and setup to guest communication and post-event follow-up, to ensure client satisfaction. Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with guests to create a welcoming and engaging environment that encourages repeat visits and referrals. Staff Coordination: Work closely with the operations and floor teams to ensure adequate staffing, setup, and readiness for events, and support staff training on customer service standards. Sales & Revenue Generation: Drive event and party bookings by engaging potential clients, presenting attractive packages, upselling additional services, and collaborating with marketing to promote offerings. Complaint Resolution: Handle customer complaints effectively, working with the center team to find swift and satisfactory resolutions. Record Keeping & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of bookings, customer feedback, and event outcomes, providing regular updates and insights to management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). 2+ years of experience in customer relationship management, event planning, or guest services, ideally within the hospitality, retail, or entertainment sectors. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively (English and Hindi) with customers and team members alike. Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple events and bookings simultaneously. Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for driving bookings and promoting customer loyalty. Problem-solving abilities with a focus on finding solutions that enhance the guest experience.
