Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager Experience: 1–2 years Job Overview: We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to build and nurture strong relationships with our customers. This role is key to improving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention for our D2C brand. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues Ensure timely and effective communication across all customer touchpoints Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service and experience Coordinate with internal teams (ops, support, marketing) to resolve concerns Monitor customer satisfaction and suggest improvements Maintain accurate customer records and reports Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in customer relationship or support roles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Familiarity with CRM tools and customer service platforms is a plus Experience in a D2C or e-commerce environment preferred Show more Show less
