Position: Customer Relationship Manager (Service)

Industry: Digital Textile Printer Solutions

Experience: 34 years (Customer Handling – Service Industry)

Location: Althan, Surat

Job Role:

Handle customer service calls & ensure timely resolution.

Maintain and update records in CRM software.

Prepare service reports (daily/weekly/monthly).

Coordinate with service engineers & follow up with customers.

Build strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.

Requirements:

3–4 years of customer handling experience in service industry (preferably printing/textile machinery).

Proficient in CRM software & MS Office.

Strong communication, reporting & problem-solving skills.
