Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Relationship Manager to join our stock broking firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, promoting our financial products and services (Equity, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Derivatives, etc.), and maintaining long-term relationships with clients by offering personalized support and investment advice. Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition & Onboarding ·       Generate leads through cold calling, references, digital campaigns, and networking. ·       Pitch and sell demat/trading accounts and other financial products. ·       Complete KYC and account opening procedures for clients. Relationship Management ·       Maintain regular contact with existing clients to understand their financial needs. ·       Assist clients in executing trades and resolving queries promptly. ·       Provide timely information on market trends, research reports, and investment opportunities. Sales Target Achievement ·       Meet individual and team sales targets consistently. ·       Promote cross-selling of products like Mutual Funds, SIPs, Bonds, Insurance, etc. ·       Work proactively to convert prospects into active clients. Market Knowledge & Advisory ·       Stay updated with current financial market trends and regulatory updates. ·       Share investment advice and research insights with clients based on their risk profile. ·       Encourage clients to diversify portfolios and make informed decisions. Customer Service ·       Deliver high-quality, personalized service to enhance customer satisfaction. ·       Handle grievances professionally and escalate unresolved issues to senior staff when necessary. ·       Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies. Key Skills & Competencies ·       Strong sales and persuasion skills ·       Excellent verbal and written communication ·       Good knowledge of stock market, equity trading, mutual funds, and related instruments ·       Customer-centric approach with problem-solving ability ·       Self-motivated and target-oriented ·       Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities efficiently Qualifications & Experience ·       Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or a related field ·       NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives) and Series V-A (Mutual Funds) certifications preferred ·       0–3 years of experience in sales or client servicing, preferably in a financial services or stock broking firm ·       Freshers with passion for sales and finance may also apply Compensation & Benefits ·       Salary 15K-20K (based on experience and qualification) ·       Attractive performance-based incentives ·       On-the-job training and career growth opportunities ·       Access to industry tools, research reports, and trading platforms
