Lead Management: Naye retailers/distributors ka data CRM me update karna WhatsApp, call, trade show, ya salesman ke through aaye leads ko record karna Lead ke status ko track karna (new, follow-up, converted, not interested) Customer Follow-up: Daily follow-up calls aur messages Old customers ko offers, catalogue aur collection updates dena Customer queries solve karna (delivery, design, payment related) CRM System Handling: CRM software ka daily update (Kylas, TeleCRM, Zoho etc.) Customer ka birthday, anniversary ya special days track karna Auto reminders aur WhatsApp messages bhejna Sales Team Support: Sales team ko customer ka proper history dena Follow-up reports aur hot lead alerts dena Sales calls ka record rakhna Customer Feedback & Retention: Happy customers ka feedback lena Regular buyers ko loyalty offers ya schemes batana Churned customer ko re-engage karna Reporting & Analysis: Daily/Weekly customer call reports Follow-up summary CRM dashboard ka analysis
