Customer Relationship Manager

Role:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) with 2-5+ years of experience in any CRM Software (i.e) Zoho CRM, etc(mandatory) to manage client engagement, retention & satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, feedback through phone, email & chat.
• Answer incoming calls from customers quickly and professionally.
• Manage multiple income calls to minimize wait time.
• Document all interaction with customers accurately & thoroughly in CRM System.
• Maintained detailed records of customer interactions, issue raised, solutions provided & follow-up action taken.
• Investigate and resolve customer issue with high level of customer satisfaction.
• Escalate complex issue to the appropriate team for investigation & resolve it.
• Stay updated on company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Any Bachelors degree
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to details.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Strong conflict management skills.

Office Location: (Opposite to Kilambakkam Bust Stand)
