As a Customer Relationship Manager at our company in Vijayawada, your role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and contribute to business growth through excellent customer service and communication. Key Responsibilities: - Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers. - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a timely and effective manner. - Act as the main point of contact between the company and clients. - Maintain detailed records of client interactions using CRM tools. - Collaborate with internal teams (sales, support, operations) to meet customer expectations. - Identify client needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate when needed. - Follow up with potential leads and support client onboarding processes. - Achieve customer satisfaction and retention targets. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - 3 years of experience in customer service or relationship management. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in using CRM software or client tracking systems. - Ability to handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism. - Fluency in English is preferred. - Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude. In addition to the above details, the job is a full-time position where fluency in English is required. The work location is in person.
