Graduate (any stream); law background is a plus but not mandatory 1–3 years of experience in customer care or service-based support roles Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi Empathy, patience, and ability to handle sensitive legal queries Good working knowledge of CRM tools, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, etc. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills Ability to handle pressure and meet response-time expectations Preferred Attributes:Experience working in a legal tech startup or law firm customer support Basic understanding of common legal issues (e.g., divorce, cheque bounce, property disputes) Familiarity with online legal services and client onboarding processes
