Job Responsibilities Legal Associate / Company Secretary: Preparation of incorporation forms, MOA & AOA drafting, compliance check. Accounts/Compliance Staff: Apply for PAN, TAN, GST, and other statutory registrations. Client Coordinator: Collect KYC documents, office address proof, and liaise with directors/shareholders. Senior Advocate/Consultant: Final review, legal vetting, and approval before submission. Qualifications RequiredEducational Background Company Secretary (CS) – Preferred for handling incorporation, compliance, and MCA filings. Chartered Accountant (CA) – For financial structuring, PAN/TAN, GST, and related registrations. Law Graduate (LLB) – For drafting MOA/AOA, legal vetting, and advisory. Commerce Graduate (B.Com / M.Com) – Can handle documentation, filings, and compliance under supervision. Technical Skills Knowledge of Companies Act, 2013 & MCA compliance. Proficiency in MCA portal (SPICe+, RUN, DSC/DIN). Understanding of statutory registrations (PAN, TAN, GST, MSME, etc.). Drafting ability for MOA, AOA, resolutions, and legal documents. Professional Skills Strong communication and client coordination skills. Attention to detail for accurate filing. Ability to handle deadlines and ensure compliance timelines are met. Problem-solving for name rejection or compliance queries. Certifications (Optional but Advantageous) ICSI (Institute of Company Secretaries of India). ICAI (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India). Online MCA training / legal compliance courses.
