Role Overview

CRM Executive / Senior CRM Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients (B2B buyers, retailers, designers).
• Maintain and update customer records in CRM software.
• Coordinate client orders, production updates, and delivery timelines.
• Communicate product details, quotations, and follow-ups in a timely and professional manner.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction.
• Prepare client reports, feedback summaries, and performance dashboards.
• Assist sales and design teams with client requirements and custom order details.
• Manage pre- and post-sales communication, including complaints and resolutions.
• Support showroom/client visits and virtual product presentations.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• 15 years of experience in CRM, Client Servicing, or Customer Success (preferably in jewelry, luxury, fashion, or retail).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good understanding of jewelry categories (Polki, Diamond, Gold) is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and Email communication.
• Ability to handle high-pressure timelines and manage multiple clients.
• Professional, well-presented, and customer-focused attitude.
