Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customer engagement strategies to drive business growth and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices in CRM management.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in customer behavior.
  • Manage customer relationships throughout the entire lifecycle, from initial contact through renewal.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 7-10 years of experience in CRM strategy development, execution, or consulting.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with strong analytical abilities; ability to communicate technical insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms; ability to analyze large datasets using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Proven track record of success in managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
