Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager who can build strong connections with clients, understand their business needs, and ensure smooth coordination throughout the process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to create meaningful client relationships that drive long-term growth. Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients. Understand client requirements and ensure timely service delivery. Communicate effectively with clients through calls, meetings, and emails. Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill client needs and resolve issues. Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Identify new opportunities for business growth within existing clients. Keep detailed records of client interactions in CRM or tracking tools. Represent the company professionally and help strengthen brand trust. Skills Required:Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to connect with clients and build rapport easily. Good coordination, follow-up, and negotiation skills. Basic knowledge of CRM tools or Excel for record-keeping. Self-motivated, well-organized, and target-oriented. Experience in recruitment, HR services, or B2B sales will be an added advantage.
