You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and generating new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and prospecting, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers, presenting, promoting, and selling products/services, understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions, negotiating contracts and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets, conducting market research, preparing and submitting sales reports and forecasts, coordinating with internal teams for seamless order processing and customer satisfaction, and attending industry events, trade shows, and meetings as required. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role, possess strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, be able to understand customer needs and provide solutions, be self-motivated and target-driven, have familiarity with CRM software and MS Office, hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred), and be willing to travel as needed.
