Role Overview

We are looking for a CRM (Customer Relation Manager) with a strong background in healthcare. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and driving retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
• Act as the primary point of contact for healthcare clients, addressing queries, concerns, and service needs.
• Work closely with the sales and operations teams to streamline communication and resolve client issues effectively.
• Implement and monitor CRM strategies to improve client engagement, loyalty, and retention.
• Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate and timely information.
• Analyze client interactions and feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements.
• Develop client communication strategies (calls, emails, follow-ups, feedback collection).
• Support business growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Prepare periodic reports on client accounts, satisfaction levels, and CRM performance metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of CRM experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations, patient/client management, and service excellence.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools/software.
