Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager Department: Sales & Customer Service Location: Kollam, Kerala Reporting To: Centre Head Job Summary: As a Customer Relationship Manager at CADD Centre , you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with students, parents, and corporate clients. Your primary goal will be to enhance customer satisfaction, ensure a smooth experience throughout the student lifecycle, and support the growth of the centre through retention and referrals. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer Engagement & Relationship Management Act as the first point of contact for all student and parent queries. Maintain regular communication with enrolled students to ensure course satisfaction. Conduct periodic feedback sessions to understand student needs and areas of improvement. 2. Lead Conversion & Sales Support follow up on inquiries and convert leads into admissions. Guide potential students through the counselling process, offering personalized course suggestions. Assist in explaining course features, fees, schedules, and benefits. 3. Student Retention & Support Monitor student attendance, engagement, and course progress. Coordinate with faculty and operations teams to resolve any student-related issues. Plan engagement activities (webinars, career counselling sessions, alumni meets, etc.) to build loyalty. 4. CRM Tools & Reporting Maintain accurate student data in CRM systems. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on student status, feedback, and follow-ups. Track student lifecycle metrics such as satisfaction scores, course completions, and renewals. 5. Post-Course Engagement Coordinate with the placement cell to support students in career opportunities. Keep in touch with alumni for referrals, testimonials, and networking. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in customer service, counselling, or client relationship roles (preferably in education or training sector). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle queries and complaints with professionalism and empathy. Experience with CRM software is a plus. Knowledge of CADD tools or training programs (preferred but not mandatory).
