Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

We are an MNC at kirti Nagar and looking for an enthusiastic Female CRM to generate sales either by cold calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy products or services. (No Sales target). A person having hands-on Digital Marketing would be preferred.

The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company’s clientele.

Responsibilities

- Develop long-term, positive relationships with doctors to enhance loyalty and retention.

- Serve as a primary point of contact for key clients, addressing any concerns or issues that arise.

- Answer incoming calls from prospective doctors to take order/complaints

- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure doctors are happy with products/services and their overall experience.

- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services based on doctors needs.

- Work closely with the sales team to help identify potential leads or new business opportunities within existing accounts

- Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits (dog/cat products)

- Interact with doctors in call or message.

- Ask questions to understand the customer’s requirements

- Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how our products meet their needs

- Record the customer’s information accurately in a computer system

- Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information

Requirements and skills

• Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
• Good communication and presentation skills
• High school diploma
• Fluent in english

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
