Experience: 3+ years, (Excellent English Communication)

Key Skills-

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proven experience in customer relationship management or a similar role.
• Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset, developing new ways to meet customers’ needs
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of customer retention strategies and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• International Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely and effective communication.
• Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align customer strategies and enhance service delivery.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on client status, feedback, and trends to inform management decisions.
• Customer Retention: Develop strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty, implementing programs to enhance customer experience.
• Training & Support: Provide clients with guidance and training on product usage and features to maximize their value.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
