Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster brand loyalty. Communicate with clients regularly to understand their needs, preferences, and project requirements. Ensure a seamless and personalized experience for clients from initial consultation to project completion. Client Communication and Support: Act as the point of contact for all client inquiries, feedback, and concerns. Coordinate with design teams, suppliers, and contractors to ensure client requirements are met. Address any issues or challenges faced by clients promptly and professionally. Data Management & CRM Software Utilization: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information track client interactions, preferences, and history, ensuring all data is properly recorded. Generate reports on customer behavior, satisfaction, and trends to help inform future business strategies. Candidates having Experience in INTERIOR FIRM will be preferred. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Experience: Interior Design CRM: 1 year (Required) Language: English fluently (Required) Work Location: In person
