You should be an Any Graduate with a minimum of 1 year of experience in CRM within the automotive industry. Your responsibilities will include maintaining customer relations by ensuring customer satisfaction, providing after-service support, and engaging in cold calling activities. You will be in charge of managing the customer database, handling customer inquiries, and addressing their concerns to enhance overall customer satisfaction. Furthermore, you will need to identify and evaluate customer needs in order to drive maximum revenue for the organization. The role requires you to be based in Warangal and work full-time during day shifts. The work location is on-site.
