We are looking for an experienced Customer Relationship Manager (CRM Executive) who can handle complete customer relationship management, client communication, client coordination, customer support, CRM updates, and after-sales service.
The role includes managing existing clients, solving customer queries, giving accurate product information, sharing product details, and supporting sales, marketing production teams to ensure smooth client experience. Candidates with experience in client handling, customer success, client service, call center, BPO, telecalling, client support, CRM handling will be preferred.
As a part of HCP Wellness , you will handle customer queries related to our complete manufacturing portfolio of:
Skincare Products: Face wash, face cream, face serums, face gel, face masks, sunscreen, face toner, face scrubs, sheet masks. Haircare Products: Shampoo, conditioner, hair serum, hair oil, hair spa creams, styling solutions. Body Personal Care: Body lotion, body wash, soaps, deodorants, intimate wash, hygiene products. Oral Care Range: Toothpaste, mouthwash, herbal toothpaste, gel toothpaste. Cosmetics Makeup Basics: Lip balm, lip care, compact powder, gels.
You will help clients understand product specifications, packaging options, fragrance options, formulations, MOQ, pricing, dispatch timelines, and give complete clarity at every stage.
