As a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) at Boss International Studies, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships within the immigration field. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, offering timely updates and addressing any queries they may have. Assisting clients with documentation, application processes, and follow-ups will be part of your daily tasks. Collaboration with internal teams is essential to ensure the delivery of services is accurate and timely. Using CRM software/tools, you will track and manage client information efficiently. Your keen eye for detail will help you identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty. Handling client escalations and resolving issues in a professional manner will be crucial to maintaining positive relationships. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Prior experience in customer relationship management, especially in the immigration sector, is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to multitask and manage your time effectively. Proficiency in CRM tools and software is required, and knowledge of immigration processes and regulations would be advantageous.
