Job Title: KYC Relationship Manager Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 1-2 years (Preferred) Required: Local Candidate, Laptop Mandatory Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented KYC Relationship Manager who will be responsible for onboarding new clients and managing their KYC process for Mutual Fund transactions. The role involves verifying documents, complying with regulations, addressing client queries related to KYC, and maintaining strong relationships with investors. Key Responsibilities: Handle new client KYC onboarding for Mutual Fund accounts. Validate and verify documents (PAN, Aadhaar, address proof, bank details) to meet compliance standards. Provide guidance and support to clients during the KYC process. Liaise with fund houses, registrars, and internal teams to resolve KYC-related issues. Ensure all KYC documents are accurately maintained and compliant with SEBI and AMC guidelines . Build and maintain relationships with clients by delivering a smooth and trustworthy onboarding experience. Keep proper records and reports for all KYC transactions. Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in financial services (Mutual Funds, KYC, Operations) preferred. Local candidate from Raipur or nearby area . Must have own laptop for daily operations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Familiar with Mutual Fund operations and KYC norms . Attention to detail and ability to handle documents accurately. Ability to work under pressure and meet timelines.
