Sales Officer

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team. The Sales Officer will be responsible for identifying potential customers, presenting our products/services, and driving sales growth through lead generation and relationship management. Key Responsibilities: Identify and contact potential customers to generate leads. Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to clients. Assist customers with the account opening or transaction process. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Keep accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities. Provide feedback from the market to help improve products and services. Attend training sessions and team meetings as required.
