Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management Specialist located in Raipur. The Customer Relationship Management Specialist will manage customer interactions and relationships by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include analysing customer data, maintaining CRM systems, and supporting sales initiatives. The role will also involve coordinating projects and collaborating with internal teams to improve customer experience and streamline processes.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating customer data and performance metrics
• Effective Communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams
• Experience in Sales to support and drive sales initiatives
• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Project Management skills to coordinate and streamline customer-related projects
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment in Raipur
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
