Job description:

We are looking for a smart, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to join our team. This is an entry-level role ideal for freshers who are eager to learn and grow in customer relationship management. You will be the face of the company for our clients, responsible for ensuring a smooth customer experience and maintaining long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve queries.
• Understand customer needs and ensure prompt assistance or escalation.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and build engagement.
• Support internal teams by sharing customer feedback and suggestions.
• Participate in onboarding and training sessions to understand product/services.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage time and stay organized.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business, Marketing, Commerce, etc.)
• Recent graduates or candidates awaiting final results can also apply.
