Role Overview:


Customer Relationship Executive



Key Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, students, and leads—ensuring timely responses and consistent follow-ups.
  • Maintain detailed records of inquiries, feedback, and client interactions using CRM tools or internal trackers.
  • Coordinate class schedules, demo sessions, and teacher-student mapping with internal teams.
  • Assist in onboarding new students and ensuring smooth academic transitions.
  • Regularly gather and relay feedback to academic managers and address any concerns.
  • Provide updates and communicate academic progress or class changes to clients when needed.
  • Support the sales team in nurturing leads and converting demos into enrollments.
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism and empathy in all interactions.



Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred: Communication, Business, or Education).
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, client relationship management, or edtech operations.
  • Strong communication skills—both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and CRM tools.



Preferred Skills:


  • Prior experience in the education or edtech industry.
  • Familiarity with international academic programs (SAT, IB, IGCSE, etc.).
  • Ability to handle parent interactions with patience, clarity, and professionalism.
