Job Description

Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive – NBFCJob Summary:

The Customer Relationship Executive is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, promoting loan products, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting branch business growth. The role involves handling customer queries, loan documentation, follow-ups, and assisting in collections.

Key Responsibilities:1. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding loan products, interest rates, and repayment schedules.
  • Provide personalized financial solutions and ensure high-quality service.
  • Follow up with customers for timely repayment and renewal of loans.

2. Business Development

  • Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities for the branch.
  • Cross-sell and up-sell various financial products offered by the company.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities to attract new customers.

3. Loan Processing Support

  • Assist customers in filling out application forms and collecting necessary documents.
  • Ensure accurate KYC and loan documentation as per company guidelines.
  • Coordinate with the credit and operations teams for loan approvals and disbursements.

4. Collections & Recovery

  • Regularly follow up with customers for EMI payments.
  • Support the branch in minimizing delinquencies and improving collection efficiency.

5. Branch Operations Support

  • Assist in day-to-day branch activities, customer handling, and data entry.
  • Maintain customer records and ensure confidentiality of financial information.
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports related to customer service and loan activities.

Skills & Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor’s degree (Commerce, Business, or Finance preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in NBFC, banking, or financial services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of loan products and basic financial concepts.
  • Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving ability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
