Customer Relationship Executive

Job Summary:

Thirumala Roofings and Structurals is hiring a Customer Relationship Executive to manage and enhance client relationships. We are specifically looking for candidates based in Chennai with at least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in the PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) or structural steel industry. The role involves direct client interaction, coordination with internal departments, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate between clients and internal departments (sales, production, design, and site teams)
• Schedule regular follow-ups and meetings to keep clients informed about project progress
• Maintain detailed and organized client records, emails, and reports
• Support the sales team in pre- and post-sales client communication
• Ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to client retention

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (Engineering or Business preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Relationship Management
• Experience in PEB / Structural Steel industry is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
• Must be currently residing in Chennai
