Customer Relationship Executive

As an Associate Property Manager at Ritex Group of Companies, your role will involve supporting the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and tenant relations for assigned properties. You will be responsible for ensuring that residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments are well-maintained, cost-efficient, and provide a high standard of service to occupants and stakeholders. Your key responsibilities will include: - Assisting the Property Manager in overseeing property operations such as maintenance, security, housekeeping, landscaping, and utilities. - Coordinating with contractors, facility teams, and vendors for scheduled maintenance, repair work, and emergency response. - Monitoring service quality and enforcing SLA (Service Level Agreement) compliance with outsourced vendors. - Responding promptly to tenant/resident concerns, inquiries, and service requests to ensure high satisfaction. - Helping manage property budgets, track expenses, and support preparation of financial and operational reports. - Conducting periodic inspections of buildings, amenities, and common areas to ensure safety and functionality. - Assisting with tenant onboarding, move-in/move-out processes, and documentation. - Maintaining property records, lease agreements, and compliance with regulatory and safety standards. - Supporting event coordination, community engagement initiatives, and amenity usage. - Working with the legal and finance teams on rent collection, arrears follow-up, and documentation. Preferred Skills: - Excellent verbal & written communication skills, ability to call, connect and interact with potential clients. - Strong computer skills, including Office Suite (MS Word, Power Point & MS Excel). - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
