Reports To: Customer Relationship Manager / Sales Manager / Operations Head

Position Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for customers, ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, and support the sales or service process by addressing client needs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement:
  • Greet and interact with clients professionally via phone, email, and in person.
  • Understand customer needs and provide timely assistance or solutions.
  • Build long-term relationships to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Issue Resolution:
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues promptly.
  • Sales & Service Support:
  • Assist the sales team by following up on leads and inquiries.
  • Cross-sell or upsell products/services based on customer profiles and needs.
  • Ensure after-sales follow-up and service delivery support.
  • Customer Database Management:
  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.
  • Update customer interactions and feedback regularly.
  • Feedback Collection:
  • Conduct surveys and feedback calls to assess service satisfaction.
  • Report customer insights to improve processes and offerings.
  • Reporting & Coordination:
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on customer interactions and service metrics.
  • Coordinate with sales, operations, and support teams as needed.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • 2–3 years of experience in customer service, client handling, or sales support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-first mindset
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools

Preferred Attributes:

  • Positive attitude and patience when dealing with different types of customers
  • Fluency in [local language(s)] and English
  • Experience in Manufacturing Industries.
  • Salary -25,000-30,000
