Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement:

    Welcome, assist, and build rapport with customers in person, on the phone, or online.
  • Inquiry & Issue Resolution:

    Handle general queries, complaints, and service/repair needs, escalating complex issues.
  • Coordination:

    Liaise with Sales, Service Advisors, and Technicians for seamless operations.
  • Feedback & Improvement:

    Collect, analyze, and report customer feedback to improve service delivery.
  • Records & Follow-ups:

    Maintain accurate customer data, schedule follow-ups, and conduct satisfaction calls.
  • Loyalty & Retention:

    Manage loyalty programs, promote offers, and support retention strategies.
  • Process Management:

    Prepare job cards, explain costs/timelines, and ensure adherence to service policies.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience:

    1-3+ years in customer service, ideally automotive or dealership.
  • Education:

    Any graduate degree.
  • Skills:

    Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, multitasking, and CRM software proficiency.
  • Attitude:

    Customer-oriented, polite, confident, and passionate about the auto industry.
