Customer Relationship Executive

The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives on communication, problem-solving, and delivering excellent service helping students stay engaged and supported throughout their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle

  student re-registration processes

  efficiently and accurately.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls related to student support and service queries.
• Resolve learner issues promptly with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with students to ensure continued enrolment and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth documentation and operational flow.
• Maintain detailed and organised records of student interactions and service logs.
• Strive to achieve monthly and quarterly re-registration and retention targets.

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Bachelors degree in any field (preferred background: Education, Management, or related).

• 1- 3 years of experience

  in

  Customer Relationship Management, Customer Service, or EdTech

  preferred.
• Excellent

  communication and interpersonal skills

  .
• Strong

  problem-solving ability

  and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle pressure, meet deadlines, and multitask effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
