The Customer Relationship Executive will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing client queries, and providing timely solutions and achieve KRAs as set by banking partners. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications Strong customer relationship management and interpersonal communication skills Proficiency in organizational tools and maintaining accurate client records Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction Familiarity with CRM tools and software is an advantage Bachelor’s degree in any related field
