Customer Relationship Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to build and maintain strong client relationships, manage customer queries, and support business growth. The role requires excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver a positive customer experience at every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and service requests promptly.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Assist the sales team in managing leads, follow-ups, and after-sales service.
• Provide clients with accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
• Maintain customer databases and ensure records are updated regularly.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively while ensuring company policies are followed.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, accounts) to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Prepare and share regular client feedback reports with management.
• Support in organizing client meetings, events, and promotional activities.
• Achieve customer satisfaction goals and contribute to client retention strategies.
