Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential clients through inbound and outbound calls and digital inquiries.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable Home Loan options.
  • Coordinate and schedule site visits with clients and the sales team.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups with clients to maintain engagement and drive conversions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and lead progress in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team for effective lead handover and closure support.
  • Achieve defined targets for lead conversions, client engagement, and site visit scheduling.
  • Deliver superior client experience through professional communication and relationship management.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields).
  • 6 months - 2 years of experience in Presales, Inside Sales, or Customer Engagement roles in Home Loan/Mortgages
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • strong interpersonal, negotiation, and client-handling abilities.
  • Good understanding of CRM systems and MS Office tools.
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
