Sales Manager - Furniture Sales

Seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives in the furniture industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with business clients, and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.
• Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, including Architects, interior designers, and corporate buyers.
• Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential new business opportunities.
• Sales Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve individual and team sales goals.
• Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with clients to secure profitable contracts and ensure client satisfaction.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain deep knowledge of the furniture product line, including features, benefits, and market positioning.
• Reporting and Analysis: Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare sales reports, and present insights to senior management.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with promotional activities and product launches.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the Luxury furniture industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
