Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage prospective clients in the manufacturing, logistics, and industrial sectors.
Promote digital transformation and Industry 4.0 solutions such as IIoT, automation, smart manufacturing systems, and data analytics platforms.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase solution value.
Collaborate with the solution and technical teams to create customized proposals based on client needs.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Represent the company at trade shows, industrial expos, and networking events.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in business administration/ Marketing/ Engineering, or related field.
68 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial automation, IoT, or technology-driven sectors.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial operations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to comprehend technical concepts and translate them into client value propositions.
Proficiency with CRM systems, MS Office tools, and digital communication platforms.
