Job Description

Job Summary: The CRM Executive will be responsible for managing and nurturing customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term loyalty. This role involves handling customer queries, maintaining customer databases, sharing product updates/offers, and supporting the sales team in building strong client connections. Responsibilities: Maintain and update the customer database. Handle inbound and outbound communication (calls, WhatsApp) with customers. Share product details, new arrivals, schemes, and seasonal offers with clients. Follow up with existing customers to ensure repeat orders and timely payments. Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams to resolve customer issues. Track customer preferences, buying patterns, and feedback to improve service. Ensure timely responses to queries, complaints, and support requests. Build strong relationships to enhance customer trust and long-term association. Discount and Interest calculations Requirements: Bachelor's degree Excellent communication skills, including active listening Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively Positive attitude and strong work ethic Good written and verbal communication skills MS Excel Efficiency in basic calculations(Discount,Interest) Knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime
