Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers and understand their service or sales requirements.
  • Coordinate with the service advisors and technicians to ensure smooth service flow.
  • Maintain customer records, job card details, and service updates in the system.
  • Follow up with customers regarding vehicle status, service reminders, and post-service feedback.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalate issues when required.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and deliver an excellent customer experience.
  • Update customers on offers, AMC, extended warranty, and service packages.
  • Support in vehicle delivery process and ensure proper documentation.
  • Maintain MIS reports, customer follow-up reports, and daily activity logs.
