Your responsibilities will include: - Being the main point of contact for customers via phone, email, or chat to provide exceptional customer support. - Reaching out to customers with abandoned carts to guide them back to checkout and drive sales recovery. - Handling support tickets and tracking orders to ensure timely delivery through effective ticket & delivery management. - Developing strong connections with customers, understanding their needs, and making them feel valued as a customer relationship builder. - Fostering customer loyalty through exceptional service and retention efforts. - Addressing issues creatively and positively as a problem-solver. - Gathering and sharing feedback to improve service and products as a feedback collector. - Keeping customer interactions organized using CRM tools for effective CRM management. - Providing professional, empathetic communication as a clear communicator. - Stepping in where needed to ensure smooth operations as part of flexible support.
