Job Description

You will be working as a Customer Relations Officer at Sevakh Global in Kochi, dealing with customer inquiries, providing support, managing client relations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, providing customer support, managing client relations, and ensuring customer satisfaction on a day-to-day basis. To excel in this role, you should possess strong interpersonal skills, customer support abilities, analytical skills to assess customer needs and resolve issues, experience in client relations, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Additionally, you should be able to prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and ideally have previous experience in a customer-facing role. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field would be beneficial for this position. The role requires you to be on-site full-time at the Sevakh Global office in Kochi.,
