We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales & Customer Support Executive to help us build up our business activities.

Responsibilities:

• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
• Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
• Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Requirements and skills:

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Proficiency in Tamil And English.
• Fast learner and passion for sales & support.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Strong verbal communicator.
