Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Officer located in Navi Mumbai. The Customer Relations Officer will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing customer support inquiries. Daily responsibilities include resolving customer queries, maintaining excellent communication, analyzing feedback to improve service, and contributing to the development of client service strategies.
