Customer Relations Manager

As a Customer Relations Manager at VINU'S IMAGES - BABY & FAMILY PHOTOGRAPHER in Bengaluru, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Your primary objective will be to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing client inquiries, managing appointments, and coordinating with the photography team. Your daily tasks will include providing exceptional customer support, engaging in tele-calling to attract potential clients, overseeing bookings, scheduling and coordinating photoshoots, creating shoot proposals for client approval, liaising with vendors, coordinating with clients and our team during photoshoots, managing the submission of raw photos, facilitating the selection process with clients, supervising the editing process, and ensuring timely delivery of the final product. Your role will also involve collecting client feedback to drive continuous improvements in service quality. To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, have experience in client relationship management and customer service, demonstrate effective organizational and time management abilities, exhibit problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, be capable of working autonomously and collaboratively within a team, and ideally have a background in the photography industry. Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is essential. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience, will be advantageous for this position.,
