Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Manager in Bawana. The Customer Relations Manager will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing customer relationships, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include managing customer accounts, handling complaints, organizing and implementing customer feedback processes, and coordinating with different departments to ensure prompt resolution of issues. The role requires proactive communication and maintaining a high standard of customer service. Qualifications Customer Service and Relationship Management skills Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution abilities Experience with CRM software and Customer Feedback Management Organizational and Time Management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work well in a team and across departments Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
