Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Manager. The position is located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. Daily tasks will include managing and maintaining customer relationships, addressing customer inquiries and complaints, developing and implementing customer service policies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Customer Relations Manager will be expected to collaborate with various departments to improve customer experiences and achieve optimal service delivery.

  • Customer service and relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing customer service policies
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in CRM software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a customer relations or similar role is preferred
