Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Palghat for a Customer Relations Manager. The Customer Relations Manager will be responsible for managing and improving customer relationships, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves monitoring customer feedback, coordinating with other departments, and developing strategies to enhance the customer experience.
